BUILDING PROJECT – UPDATE
As our building project commences some changes come into effect from Monday February 25th . Our student entrance on the bypass road will be relocated 100metres along the road (closer to the Gaelscoil). This new entrance will be operational during the construction period.
This entrance will not be available at night time. We advise students enrolled in our Adult Education classes that entry will be via our Waterpark entrance only. We regret any inconvenience caused by this.
Our major construction project will involve the development of a new modern full size P.E. Hall. It will also include the construction of a 3 storey extension on the by-pass road side of the campus. This state of the art extension will greatly enhance existing facilities. Our school will have 14 new classrooms, new science facilities, enhanced career guidance facilities, new ICT facilities, new engineering facilities, new social areas, student circulation areas and additional administration offices as well as new toilet blocks and locker areas. A specialist ASD Resource Centre will also be developed as part of the enhanced facilities.
This Home Page will update the community on developments as they proceed.
