Well done to all participants in CCS Masterchef, which took place as part of Health Week. There were some fantastic dishes cooked, and our judges had a tough task!
1st Prize of €75 and the title of CCS Masterchef 2017 went to Seán Neville (3rd Year), who cooked pan-seared tuna steak, with roasted yellow pepper, pomegranate, quinoa and couscous pesto salad.
In 2nd place, with roast stuffed pumpkin, was Dawid Soczawa (2nd Year), while Lucy Griffin (1st Year) came 3rd with teriyaki salmon and wild rice.
Well done to Ms. McSweeney and thanks to our judges, Christine, Eddie and Ms. Tarrant.
